To utilize the new feature to automatically download library files from NetAffx center, you will need to: 1. Install the NetAffx Redistributable Runtime Library, Version 1.0 which can be downloaded here. 2. Have a valid NetAffx login and password to access the annotation data. If you do not have a NetAffx login, you can go to the NetAffx website in: Affymetrix site and click the New to NetAffx link. Administrator rights are required to install NetAffx Redistributable Runtime Library in the client Note1: NetAffx connection is not supported for x64 platforms.
